- Responsibilities
- Immediately after joining the company, you will be mainly responsible for fleet sales, mainly handling referrals.
In the future, there is a possibility to establish a corporate sales department. Therefore, this position is not only for fleet sales, but also for making a wide range of proposals to corporations on the use of BYD passenger cars. After the actual start of sales, the sales style will change according to changes in market conditions, but we welcome people who can enjoy these changes and respond flexibly.
Currently, the position will be handled as a recipient of referrals (internal clients). In the future, there is a possibility that you may be asked to develop new business
・Development, sales, and negotiations with prospective corporate clients
・Sales to referrals (internal clients)
・Existing main focus for the time being, with the possibility of developing new business in the future.

- Requirements
- Required】■With at least 3 years of corporate sales experience at an importer, car sales company, dealer, or car manufacturer
【Welcome】 ■Experience in fleet sales
■Chinese and English language skills are preferred. We are looking for someone who can work in Japanese only, but those who want to make the most of their language skills will be given priority to work in cooperation with the home country.
The ideal candidate is someone who can enjoy different cultures (about 1/3 of the Yokohama office is made up of global members).
■An individual who can think for himself/herself and smoothly move into action.
