You will be assigned to either a team in charge of shareholder meeting-related operations and governance planning based on your knowledge and experience with the Companies Act, Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and stock exchange regulations, or a team in charge of clinical legal affairs based on your practical experience with transaction-related laws and litigation.
