Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・関連契約の作成・検討・交渉
・関連法のリサーチ・分析・事業への戦略的アドバイス
・コンプライアンス体制の企画・構築
・新法や新規則・ガイドラインへの法務渉外

- Requirements
- ・社内／社外弁護士としての法務実務経験
・TOEIC750点以上あれば尚可
・コミュニケーション能力（社内ビジネス部署と共同しての取組みが多いため）
