A premium automotive importer is looking for a new Quality Manager. Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ◼ Recall & Campaign Activities
    ◼ Manage & Liaise all activities with MLIT
    ◼ Ensure all Warranty activities & procedures in accordance to brands Guidelines
    ◼ Analyze Quality and align with Technical support and HQ
    ◼ Budget control and Team Management

  • Requirements
    ◼ Industry knowledge : Automotive (Essential)
    ◼ 5- 10 years+ of related and overall working experience
    ◼ 5 years+ of Leadership experience
    ◼ IT/System Knowledge: MS Office knowledge, nice to have is MLIT related systems

    Required Skill Sets:
    ◼ Personal Competencies: Proactive attitude / approach, High degree of self-motivation, Stress resistance
    Diligence, Willingness to learn Willingness to learn
    ◼ Social Competencies: Good communication skills., Conflict management, Teamwork

    Required

    - Work experience in related field: 5-10+ years
    - Leadership experience: 5+ years
    - IT/Systems knowledge: MS Office, MLIT related systems a plus if available
