This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Office Treasurer based in Tokyo with some work from home flexibility. In this position you will oversee daily treasury operations including cash management, bank relationship management, and financial risk management. Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Secure Liquidity for the Asia-Pacific Treasury (currently covering JPY, AUD, KRW and TWD) at any time
    Adapt the corporate-funding strategy to each market within the Asia-Pacific Treasury
    ・ Maintain and develop Debt Capital Market Program
    ・ Introducing all local available funding diversification Introducing all local available funding diversification opportunities in accordance with HQ-Treasury
    ・ Negotiate and coordinate local bank facilities
    ・ Direct reporting into Head of Treasury Hub Japan and Direct reporting into Head of Treasury Hub Japan and functional reporting to local managements and Treasury Coordination for Asia-Pacific Treasury
  • Requirements
    [Educational background]
    ・ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

    [Required experience / skills]
    ・ Minimum 3-years work experience in Banking, Securities, Financial Services industry OR Minimum 2-years professional experience in Corporate Finance, Trading or Corporate Treasury ・ Knowledge and experience of Derivatives for interest rate hedges ・ Knowledge and experience of local Experience in Corporate Finance, Trading or Corporate Treasury

    Skilled in financial software and have strong PC abilities, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA.

    ・ Proficiency in managing debt portfolios
    ・ Proven Proven ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
    ・ International experience and/or studies
