A global leader in automotive passive safety systems, specializing in products such as airbags and occupant safety. The company focuses exclusively on passive safety technologies, supplying major automotive manufacturers worldwide.
It operates R&D and manufacturing sites across multiple continents and plays a critical role in vehicle occupant protection.
Provide HR and General Affairs (GA) support across a wide range of functions, including talent acquisition, payroll and benefits, employee relations, health & safety, vendor and office management, and governance. Lead Learning & Development initiatives, supporting monthly training sessions and local content creation. This role supports daily operations and various HR&GA projects under the supervision of the HR&GA Manager. .

- Responsibilities
- Human Resources
- Maintain employee records, org charts, and calendars.
- Support expatriate programs (visa, car, etc.).
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, new hire orientation, and recruiting logistics.
- Handle payroll backup, time/attendance records, and
- Administer benefits programs (e.g., Relo Club).
Learning & Development
- Manage the ABSORB LMS platform and maintain training records.
- Develop and deliver local training content tailored to the
- Conduct training sessions approximately once per month.
- Coordinate scheduling, registration, materials, and post-training
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content.
General Affairs
- Oversee vendor management, contracts (office, insurance, company car, parking), and related processes.
- Manage office operations, security, maintenance, and cost control.
- Coordinate overseas travel arrangements, tickets, and insurance.
- Lead health, safety, and environment ( HSE) initiatives, including disaster preparedness and evacuation planning.
Internal Communication & Support
- Translate and distribute internal communications.
- Support internal meetings and host visiting executives.
- Manage local intranet, company website, and e-learning platforms.
- Organize staff events, activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide reporting and analysis on HR&GA data. Provide reporting and analysis on HR&GA data.

- Requirements
- - 2+ years in HR and GA roles.
- Knowledge of Japanese labor law and HR policies.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP or ERP experience
- Experience planning/delivering training and developing local content.
- Ability to navigate HR systems, databases, and analyze HR data.
- Native-level Japanese; high business-level Japanese Native-level Japanese; high business-level English.
