With a mission to realize smaller, lighter, and more efficient products at lower cost, you will be in charge of production technology for process design and equipment specification studies.
While the main task is to develop manufacturing methods, you will also have the role of directly communicating with design, quality assurance, and equipment manufacturers to evaluate and verify processes.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Process design, equipment specification study
    -PLC programming, PC programming
    -Mechanical design (2D/3D CAD), simulation analysis
    -Other (image processing, deep learning, IoT, elemental technology development, etc.)
  • Requirements
    ・Production engineering experience: process design, production line start-up, and improvement experience (approx. 2 years or more)
    ・3D CAD experience (approx. 2 years or more)
    ・General mechanical engineering
    ・English proficiency (TOEI score of 500, a level that does not interfere with reading, writing, and using e-mail)
  • Preferred
    Experience in inverter/power module production technology
    ・Experience in production technology in the automotive industry
    ・Experience working overseas (especially in North America and China) (overseas assignments, long-term business trips)
    ・English ability (TOEIC score 700 approx., overseas customer service level)

    ・High intellectual curiosity in new technologies, eager to learn and grow
    Good communication skills, passion and ambition, and the ability to work independently.
