You will be engaged in process development, process design, equipment development, and equipment start-up related to casting, machining, and assembly of e-Axle for electric vehicles. You will work while communicating with related departments, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers.

In Japan, in addition to sales and service of the above products made at our plants around the world, we have a plant in Kyoto, where we develop and produce hydraulic equipment for domestic and overseas construction and agricultural machinery manufacturers, as well as for public infrastructure such as ports and dams.

In the mass production of new products planned for the Kyoto factory, you will work with us to reorganize and improve the factory by utilizing your past experience in preparing for mass production of new products, introducing equipment, and starting up, in addition to improving the efficiency of production of existing products (introduction of new manufacturing methods, introduction of new equipment, etc.).
