In the mass production of new products planned for the Kyoto factory, you will work with us to reorganize and improve the factory by utilizing your past experience in preparing for mass production of new products, introducing equipment, and starting up, in addition to improving the efficiency of production of existing products (introduction of new manufacturing methods, introduction of new equipment, etc.).

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Improve quality and productivity by introducing new equipment and improving existing equipment
    ・ Support for efficient factory operation by improving MTBF, MTTR, etc.
    ・ Improvement and enhancement of overall factory operation in cooperation with other departments (design, quality, manufacturing, procurement)
    ・ Technical guidance for young staff and member groups and facilitation of improvement activities
  • Requirements
    - University degree or higher (science background)
    - Experience in planning, installation, and start-up of factory infrastructure and production equipment such as processing and assembly
    - Experience in factory productivity and environmental improvement (e.g., improving equipment utilization rates, improving quality and saving electricity, reducing waste, etc.) *2+ years
    - Knowledge and experience in manufacturing process improvement and process design
    - No rejection of English

    - Experience working with overseas factories and multinational members
