Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Manage the full logistics process including customer order receipt, purchase order issuance to overseas plants, transport arrangements, inventory control, and delivery monitoring using ERP/EDI and other IT tools. control, and delivery monitoring using ERP/EDI and other IT tools.

    Lead initiatives to reduce inventory and freight costs based on KPIs while preventing delivery delays.

    Attend meetings with overseas factories and customers; domestic and international travel may be required.

    Evaluate and manage logistics partners including freight and warehouse vendors; conduct annual audits and physical stock checks.

    Ensure full compliance with export/import regulations and maintain associated documentation.

    Collaborate with cross-functional departments on month-end closing, invoice processing, and emergency issue handling.

    Drive Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities across logistics functions.

    Support internal and external audits including IATF16949 compliance.
  • Requirements
    Minimum 5 years' experience in an automotive parts manufacturer.

    At least 2 years in SCM, production control, overseas procurement, logistics, or sales management.

    Flexible for night/weekend communication with global stakeholders.

    Proficient in ERP/EDI tools, MS Office, and basic English communication (TOEIC 550+ level).

    Strong coordination, administrative, and communication skills.
