As a PMO position in the supply chain management (SCM) area, I am responsible for KPI management, budget and performance management, and project promotion. In collaboration with global organizations, we promote the visualization and optimization of SCM functions, contributing to cross-organizational communication and the establishment of business infrastructure.

We oversee everything from risk prediction and prevention activities to response to the occurrence of a crisis, and plan and promote an SCM risk management system to reduce the supply risk of procured parts and achieve a stable supply to OEMs.
