The "Repair Operation Leader" is a position that operates the daily repair and maintenance of the aircraft that supports the foundation of our services as a member of the repair and maintenance team.
You will oversee the entire team, including managers, mechanics, and external vendors for each warehouse in the area, and will be responsible for guidance, development, evaluation, and recruitment.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Supervision of overall warehouse operations: Supervise the operation of warehouses in the area under their jurisdiction and direct and supervise the maintenance site.
    ・Member management: Responsible for management, training, evaluation, and recruitment of team members, including mechanics and managers in the area.
    ・Collaboration with relevant departments: We will work with planning teams, quality control teams, external vendors, etc. to achieve smooth operations.
    ・Problem solving: We analyze operational issues and plan and implement improvement measures to improve service quality.
    ・Process improvement: We will promote the improvement, standardization, and efficiency of business flows to increase productivity.
    ・Safety management: We will thoroughly manage safety and health in the warehouse and strive to prevent accidents.
  • Requirements
    experience>
    Experience in operations, regardless of industry such as maintenance, maintenance, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or service industry, experience in managing
    operations sites
    from the perspective of quality, cost, and productivity, experience in managing organizations
    , skills in managing external vendors
