This is an important position in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Department, which mainly strengthens auxiliary heaters and climate management systems, and provides

  • Responsibilities
    【Purchasing Business】
    • Purchasing negotiations, contract conclusions, and price negotiations
    with parts suppliers• Supplier evaluation, selection, and performance management
    • Development and purchasing: Selection of suppliers from the new product development stage, promotion
    of VA/VE proposals• Planning and implementation of parts cost reduction measures

    [Production management (assembly-centered)]
    • Formulate and adjust
    assembly production plans based on demand forecasts• Management of subcontracted assembly plants: Adjust delivery dates, manage progress, and evaluate
    quality, delivery time, and cost• Visualize production status: Quickly support decision-making by
    visualizing progress, inventory status, and issues• Manage lead time from parts procurement to product assembly and shipment

  • Requirements

    • At least
    5 years of work experience in any of the following at a parts manufacturer o Domestic purchasing operations: supplier negotiations, price negotiations, contract management
    o Production management tasks: production planning, delivery time management, factory coordination
    o *Experience in both is especially welcome
    • English proficiency: TOEIC score of 800 or higher
    o Communication with overseas bases (Europe and Asia) through email and conference will occur
    • PC skills
    o Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a practical level
    o Data analysis and aggregation in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
    • Experience in using ERP systems
