Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1. Security-related event management, execution and improvement activities
    Monthly security newsletter, phishing email training security training (for new employees), etc.
    2. Emergency and general security response (SRE, etc.) Implement activities in Japan under head office security policy and take action when security risks are detected Actions when security risks are detected 3. Management of internal security policy documents Annual revision and management of company-wide security policy documents for a total of 12 areas 4. System and policy development for compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law Management of terms and conditions related to personal information protection by eCommerce business 5. Security-related business contracts and operation management
    Total 19 types of Security solution management
    6. Cloud infrastructure security management
    Focus on security layer of online sales platform
    7. Physical and technical area security support for administrative area security
    8. Internal control management
    9. Security compliance support (in cooperation with Legal) (in cooperation with Legal)
    10. Support for internal and external IT audits
  • Requirements
    Native level of Korean
    ・Business level of Japanese
    ・Minimum 3 years of security related work experience as mentioned above
  • Preferred
    System qualifications are a plus.
    - Good communicator (for internal employee collaboration).
