As a member of the development team, you will be responsible for solving technical issues and design work, as well as supporting team members' work, progress management, and other aspects of team management.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Derive and define software requirements
    - Design and implement software architecture
    - Unit-level verification and testing
    - Conduct software integration and integration testing
    - System-level qualification testing
    - Review activities and quality checks at each stage
    - Manage development schedule
    - Product development Software leadership in projects
    ・Manage and train team members (including contractors and temporary staff)
    ・Collaborate and coordinate with related departments
    ・Develop and implement strategies for technical issues

    ■ Immediately after joining the company
    you will gradually take over the work of senior employees starting from the extent possible.
    We expect that you will be able to become a project leader for small-scale MMC development with follow-up in about 3 to 5 months after joining the company.
    After 6 months to 1 year of employment
    We expect you to participate in meetings with customers, and after 1 year, we would like to entrust you with overall progress management, etc. as a project leader.
  • Requirements
    Experience in embedded software design and testing in C (approximate: 5+ years)
    - Knowledge related to hardware such as OS
    - Reviewer experience
    - Experience in customer negotiation and technical reporting
  • Preferred
    -Experience with INFINEON microcontrollers
    -Experience in leadership and leading a team (guideline: 2+ years)
    -Functional safety (ISO 26262) working experience (guideline: 3+ years in charge or safety engineer)
    -Cyber security (ISO 21434) working experience (guideline: experience with equipment certification)
    Experience in embedded software design using Autosar (Guideline: 2 years or more)
    ・Knowledge of automotive ECU
    ・Labor management experience
