Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and planning of company-wide organizational and human resource development measures
    Implementation of various surveys, analysis of results, planning and execution of measures
    Planning, clarification and company-wide dissemination of various organizational development and human resource development-related policies
    Execution of manager and evaluator development measures (in cooperation with evaluation and compensation labor relations T)
    Planning and operation of various training programs (instructors are a plus)

    Planning and execution of measures to build organization and culture
    Execution of retirement management
  • Requirements
    Experience managing an organization in an IT company (regardless of size)
    Ability to communicate on an equal footing with management and managers above a certain level in a business unit
    Experience in problem solving and planning on highly abstract topics
  • Preferred
    HR experience, preferably in the area of organizational and talent development
    No HR experience required, but at least some experience in organizational management and an interest in organizational and talent development
