主に市場を巡回してバッテリー交換や車両の再配置をするFieldオペレーション、車両の定期メンテナンスや故障車の修理をするリペアオペレーション、お客様対応をするカスタマーサービスなど、複雑なオペレーションによって運営されており、様々なオペレーションの現場から課題を抽出して、お客様の声やデータ分析から課題を定性・定量的に理解し、最適なオペレーション戦略を構築することが本ポジションの役割です。
