The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and expanding business opportunities for automotive software products within the Software Defined and Connected Vehicle domain. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, articulating software value propositions, and driving commercial opportunities for next-generation cockpit and connected vehicle solutions.

- Develop business opportunities for automotive software products, including connected vehicle platforms, OTA, feature-on-demand, and future software solutions.
Build strong understanding of software product roadmaps, architectures, and value propositions through close collaboration with product management, engineering, marketing, and delivery teams.
Articulate customer-specific value propositions, user stories, solution features, and business benefits.
Identify, screen, and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with automotive OEMs, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Analyze potential deals, including strategic fit, requirements, financials, and internal priorities.
Capture and document customer requirements based on direct engagement and input from account teams and internal organizations.
Support development of business cases, pricing models, proposals, and presentations to close software-related opportunities.

- 応募資格(必須)
- Strong understanding of automotive connected vehicle solutions, including architecture, business models, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
Ability to clearly communicate business and technical value through written and verbal presentations.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment toward business objectives.
5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or pre-sales, with additional exposure to hands-on software or hardware development.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Professional-level English proficiency.
