As a Billing and Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for issuing invoices and managing communication between sales and service departments, as well as with customers. This role requires strong coordination and negotiation skills, as you will interact with various internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and accurate billing operations. You will also handle related administrative tasks such as filing and document management. While most tasks are conducted in Japanese, there are opportunities to use English, especially when communicating with the overseas head office or using internal systems.

As a Back Office and General Affairs & Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the headquarters in Japan, part of the world’s largest crane truck manufacturer. This is a multifaceted, office-based role where you’ll manage internal facilities and equipment, process invoices and expenses, handle petty cash, coordinate health checkups, and oversee mail, visitor reception, and company-related events. You’ll also review contracts, manage filing systems, and ensure smooth internal workflows, acting as a central point of contact for general administrative matters. The position offers a stable work environment with minimal overtime, no transfers, and the opportunity to use your English skills in written and verbal communication with global teams.
