職種要約

Provide technical support for customers in building and maintaining virtual environments and Continuous Testing setups.
Support integration of tools into customer development processes and manage related projects.
Collect customer requirements, propose appropriate solutions, and provide technical presentations.
Deliver training sessions, create training materials, and conduct demos or workshops.
Represent the company at exhibitions and events through product demonstrations and presentations.
Communicate with global development teams to report issues or improvement requests.
Prepare product documentation and review Japanese translations of technical content.
Progress into team leadership or management responsibilities over time.
応募資格（必須）

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
5+ years of software development experience in the automotive industry (Linux development preferred).
Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 certification.
Professional working proficiency in English.
応募資格（優遇）

Knowledge of CI/CD/CT, DevOps, and Agile development processes.
Experience with virtualized development and testing environments (e.g., Docker).
Understanding of AUTOSAR.
Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
