The Automotive Field Application Engineer is responsible for acting as the primary technical liaison to automotive customers throughout the full design and production lifecycle. This role focuses on providing customer-facing technical leadership in support of MCU and MPU solutions within Software Defined Vehicle and Vehicle Electronics Architecture programs. Responsibilities include delivering technical support, developing proof‑of‑concepts and solution demonstrations, and enabling design‑in decisions through clear technical value. The position also involves defining and structuring customer use cases, including system architecture, software stacks, and block diagrams, to support internal execution and opportunity tracking. In addition, the role supports technical training, cross‑functional collaboration, and the communication of customer and market insights. The Automotive Field Application Engineer ensures strong customer satisfaction while contributing to sustained design wins and long-term partnerships.
