A major automotive supplier of technologies such as lighting, electronics, sensors and autonomous driving systems.
The Sales Specialist leads business development and manages key customer accounts in the Japanese automotive electronics market. This role combines strategic account management with product-line and project-level execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth across both OEMs and Tier-X customers.
You will engage with major Japanese OEMs (Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Mazda) or Tier-1/2 suppliers, supporting new business acquisition, maintaining existing relationships, and coordinating internally with domestic teams and global partners.

- Lead sales strategy and execution for assigned customers and product lines.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities; support early-phase customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, and quality.
Ensure customer satisfaction in all areas: quality, cost, delivery, and development.
Manage operational sales activities, including orders, forecasts, quotations, pricing, and contract compliance.
Maintain sales systems and prepare reports for local and global teams.
Coordinate with internal teams (project management, operations, quality) to meet customer requirements.
Support production/operations teams and participate in cross-functional projects.

- 応募資格(必須)
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English and strong communication skills.
Experience in sales or project management in the Japanese automotive industry.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or other sales database systems.
University degree (Engineering, Business Management, or Humanities).

- 5 years or more of experience in automotive electronics sales or project management.
Experience with OEMs (Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Suzuki) or Tier-1/2 suppliers.
Knowledge of automotive electronics, including SDV, E/E architecture, Chassis, or BEV systems.
Multi-cultural or global business experience.
Additional languages (German, French, or Chinese) are a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
