Drive commercial activities to achieve team goals by collaborating with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and meet Japanese OEM requirements. Manage internal workflows while ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales data maintenance.

- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and global teams to support project development, design, and management.
Facilitate effective coordination between customers and the company to drive project success.
Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, providing regular updates to the organization.
Supply product, pricing, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
Build relationships with customer departments to identify growth opportunities and review project status.
Align with internal teams on sales activities and assist in customer negotiations.
Maintain workflows, manage sales data, and oversee customer orders and production forecasts.
Handle documentation and ensure effective information sharing with team members.

- Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales with Toyota or Nissan and Mitsubishi in the automotive industry
Proven negotiation skills with both customers and internal teams
Strong interpersonal, cross-cultural communication, and relationship-building skills
Open-minded, self-motivated, and collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
Sharp intuition for understanding customer needs
Solid commercial and technical background
Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written)
