This role leads the applications engineering (AE) team for logic design and verification tools, overseeing both pre-sales and post-sales technical activities. The manager is responsible for driving technical sales strategies, meeting revenue goals, and guiding the team to deliver customer-focused solutions while collaborating closely with sales, customers, and global development teams.

- Develop and manage technical sales strategies, goals, schedules, and performance requirements.
Take responsibility for achieving sales targets within the assigned group.
Propose technical solutions to customers and support sales activities through joint visits.
Provide technical guidance, problem-solving support, and mentorship to team members.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with other departments on projects.
Coordinate technical alignment with overseas development teams and customer companies.
Deliver presentations at seminars, technical forums, and similar events.
Ensure team members follow company policies and standards, and foster their professional growth.

- 応募資格（必須）
- Hands-on experience in design and verification using Verilog, VHDL, and SystemVerilog.
Experience using IP or Verification IP.
Knowledge and practical experience in simulation, formal verification, equivalence checking, and CDC verification.
Experience writing SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA).
Management experience as a technical team leader or manager, including coaching, performance management, and resource coordination.
Proven ability to collaborate with sales, other departments, and global teams on projects.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities effectively.

- 応募資格（優遇）
- Experience in EDA tool vendors, semiconductor companies, or IP vendors.
Ability to create technical documents and communicate in English at a business level.
Knowledge or project experience with safety standards such as ISO 26262 or DO-254.
Experience working with development teams outside Japan.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
