- - Solution sales activities (proposal, negotiations, contracts)
- Understand and define the issues at the customer's development site, identify their needs, and propose solutions using company products
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (solution engineers, etc.), maximize the use of internal resources, and manage the closure
- Build medium- to long-term business relationships with existing accounts and promote horizontal expansion to expand sales
- Develop new accounts and build relationships

- - Corporate sales experience
- Business level English

- - Experience and achievements in software solution sales
- Experience in selling software licenses to C-level engineering managers, technical directors, product managers, and project managers
- Understanding and knowledge of embedded device development or software development processes (technical background or education in a technical field is a plus)
- Experience selling solutions in one of the following industries
