Stations are set up mainly in urban areas, and a system is being developed to make short-distance travel easier and more efficient.

We are developing sustainable mobility services that reduce environmental impact and include solutions to urban transportation issues as well as rural transportation issues.
This position is to lead mid- to long-term alliances targeting both "major companies" and "municipalities/regions" in western Japan in order to strategically build an infrastructure base for services.

- Responsibilities
- Promote acquisition of highly challenging major corporate assets such as "stations," "convenience stores," and "city landmarks" in the western Japan area
・Promote medium- to long-term alliances, including development of major companies with which we have no previous business relationship, comprehensive alliances, and capital and business partnerships
・Plan and execute new business co-creation and value creation utilizing assets and users of major companies, including comprehensive alliances and capital and business partnerships

【Public and Regional Alliances】
・Building relationships of trust with local governments and regions, mainly in Osaka Prefecture, establishing a policy and regulatory framework to enable business development, including acquisition of publicly owned land and open space, relaxation and implementation of various regulations and conclusion of agreements Create and promote a framework of policies and regulations that allow for business development, such as the acquisition of public land and open space, relaxation and implementation of various regulations, and the conclusion of agreements.
・Liaise with stakeholders with policy influence, such as legislators, relevant ministries and agencies, and area management organizations, and lead external relations activities to influence municipal policies.

- Requirements
- Experience in corporate sales, business development, or external relations and account management for major corporations or local governments
- Experience leading a series of processes from alliance strategy planning to execution and conclusion
- Experience leading negotiations and alliances with management and influential policy stakeholders (executives, local legislators, relevant ministries, etc.)
High level negotiation and liaison skills to build trusting relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (major corporations, local governments, community organizations, etc.) and to promote tenacious and complex consensus building

- Experience in leading the planning and execution of alliances at a consulting firm or major company in corporate sales or municipal sales
・Experience in leading startups in collaboration with major companies or municipalities, promoting strategic alliances with major companies, and developing new businesses
