Responsible for the full development of the vehicle fuel system, ensuring all performance and technical requirements are met. Leads and coordinates cross‑functional engineering teams (architecture, CAD/simulation, lab, prototypes) while designing products optimized for manufacturability, quality, and reliability.

    Development activities
    - Create and maintains BOM (Product structure) from phase 1 to phase 7.
    - Ensure best practices and design guide line are applied and standardization across programs
    - Maintain open issues list with items related to product. Identify technical risks, define and implements corrective action plans.

    Core Team and Extended team
    - Develop teamwork on a collaborative mode and works in synergy with all Core Team members to achieve Project objectives based on the responsibilities defined by INPRO process, including DPR, GR preparation and INChange.
    - Coordinate CAD design, CAE, Design reviews, product DFMEA and GD&T reviews (internal and with suppliers)
    - Define DVP&R plan, coordinate the testing and lead product changes in order to meet the technical
    requirements.

    Relationship with Customer and Supplier
    - Release drawings / math data to the customer that meets the individual customer’s standards.
    - Release drawings / math data to suppliers for the manufacture of tooling, prototypes, components and
    assembly aids associated with the program. Integrates Process constraints; communicates Product.

    Requirements and constraints to other Team members.
    - Maintain day to day contact with Customer on technical issues.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    - Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
    - 5 year previous experience either in CAD, Lab or design with automotive company
    - Knowledge of ISO9001 & TS 16949 procedures.
    - Fluent Japanese, Fluent English
    - Experienced in communication/negotiation with customer and internal team
