Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Development activities
    - Create and maintains BOM (Product structure) from phase 1 to phase 7.
    - Ensure best practices and design guide line are applied

    Core Team and Extended team
    - Develop teamwork on a collaborative mode and works in synergy with all Core Team members to achieve Project objectives based on the responsibilities defined by INPRO process, including DPR, GR preparation and INChange.
    - Coordinate CAD design, CAE, design reviews, product DFMEA and GD&T reviews (internal and with suppliers)

    Relationship with Customer and Supplier
    - Release drawings / math data to the customer that meets the individual customer's standards.

  • Requirements
    - Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
    - 5 years previous experience either in CAD, Lab or design with automotive company

    - Fluent Japanese, Fluent English
    - Experienced in communication/negotiation with customer and internal team
