    - Conduct pre-sales activities, including product proposals and technical support, for clients considering the adoption of company's embedded software products.
    - Manage technical interfaces with the German headquarters, actively participating in discussions to contribute to the strategic direction of AUTOSAR standards for future vehicle electronic architecture development.
    - Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, providing product explanations and proposing solutions tailored to their requirements.
    - Analyze project specifications, consolidate technical proposals, and manage projects effectively.
    - Conduct market and competitor analysis for the domestic market, formulate sales strategies, and explore business opportunities.
    - Represent the company in exhibitions and deliver technical presentations through various channels, including the internet and online media.
    - Collaborate with the development team in the German headquarters to address client requirements, requiring effective communication skills in a global context.
  • 応募資格(必須)
    - Proven sales professionals with experience selling software or testing tools for Automotive domain
    - Strong negotiation skills to conduct a high engagement conversation with internal teams and customers
    - Project management or equivalent experience, including specification coordination and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
    - Experience with software development processes and tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA, etc.) is a plus.
    - ECU software development experience, especially based on AUTOSAR specifications is a plus.
    - Native level Japanese and Business level English

As you will only visit authorized dealers, there will be no cold calling or new client acquisition. This role allows you to build long-term relationships with clients.

We also provide financial products aimed at improving the management efficiency of authorized dealers. As a financial specialist, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of activities, from planning sales initiatives to making proposals and implementing them.
