- IT Operations Senior Engineer role is responsible for the delivery and management of both on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure, networks and services for the company, covering all locations/sites of the company. The role ensure the business operations is well supported by IT in line with SLA. The role contribute to the forecasting of IT Operations cost to ensure effective IT Operations budget management by considering continuous improvements and upgrades.
The role work to resolve 2nd to 3rd Level issues across a range of managed services including Servers, Networking, User Support, Systems Maintenance and Project work ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues presented.
Maintain knowledge and technical expertise in a wide range of enterprise systems and technologies including both cloud and on-premise compute, storage, networks, hypervisors, and end user compute services, in line with business objectives. The role also ensure the IT service continuity management objectives of the business.
The purpose of IT Operations department to manage IT Operations services including managing network, server, help desk/service desk, security and IT service management related daily operations. In addition, support IT projects including application related or infrastructure service related.
IT Operations Senior Engineer responsible for the technical operations including
UHD operations, IT Infrastructure operations and data center operations. Also responsible to
Implement and manage IT projects in alignment with organizational goals,
Responsible for the security management and audit compliance of IT Assets and services.
[IT Plan]
・To coordinate for IT service requests from business
・To manage governance for infrastructure service and IT service management process
・To manage IT resource such as budget, IT asset, workload of suppliers in the company
[IT Delivery]
・Collaborate to develop infrastructure & security standards for IT solutions
・Procure and prepare the necessary IT resources (hardware, software, services, vendors, etc.) that meet the requirements of the requester.
・Support the project from an IT operations perspective to meet business requirements.
・Liaising with business, system users and other stakeholders to ensure maximum effectiveness of UHD operations in Toyohashi
[IT Run]
・Manage help desk and service desk operations
・Properly maintain & manage infrastructure services including network, server, database & other middleware operations.
・Manage incidents and problems so that IT infrastructure services can be provided in a stable manner.
・Managing vendors performing operations
・Ensuring customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・Language: business above in both Japanese and English including conversation
・Extensive knowledge (8+ years) hands on experience in IT infrastructure technologies, on-premise compute, storage, networks, hypervisors, end user compute services and IT security
・Experience in enterprise networking, architecture, and design
・Experience in managing Japan and offshore IT vendors
・Project management skills and IT vendor management experience
