京都工場があり、国内外の建機、農機メーカや港湾、ダムといった公共インフラに向けた油圧機器の開発、生産を実施しています。
（京都工場は古くは住友重機械工業の京都工場として油圧機器の開発・生産を実施していましたが、油圧機器業界の整理・統合に伴い、2023 年より当社の京都工場として継続して油圧機器の開発・生産を実施しています）
京都工場では従来製品に加え、新しい製品の量産を計画しています。

顧客からのクレーム対応や品質改善活動をリードし、適切なリードタイムと品質レベルを確保するポジションです。
本ポジションでは、カスタマークオリティエンジニアとして顧客品質管理を行っていただきます。

職種要約

顧客対応：クレームの受付、調査、是正措置を実施し、8Dレポートを作成
部門横断チームのリーダー：品質課題に対し、関連部署と連携して解決策を推進
QRQC（迅速品質対応）：工場内での品質改善活動を主導し、問題解決の体制を整備
品質管理システムの運用：IQOSやSalesforceを活用し、品質データを一元管理
封じ込め措置の調整：問題発生時の影響を最小限に抑えるため、迅速に対応
顧客製品満足度の向上：フロントエンド部門と連携し、製品の使用状況を把握
現地検査センターのサポート：顧客への迅速かつ的確な対応を実現
品質データの管理・経営層への報告：品質関連情報を整理し、経営層と共有
