本ポジションでは、カスタマークオリティエンジニアとして顧客品質管理を行っていただきます。

顧客対応：クレームの受付、調査、是正措置を実施し、8Dレポートを作成
部門横断チームのリーダー：品質課題に対し、関連部署と連携して解決策を推進
QRQC（迅速品質対応）：工場内での品質改善活動を主導し、問題解決の体制を整備
品質管理システムの運用：IQOSやSalesforceを活用し、品質データを一元管理
封じ込め措置の調整：問題発生時の影響を最小限に抑えるため、迅速に対応
顧客製品満足度の向上：フロントエンド部門と連携し、製品の使用状況を把握
現地検査センターのサポート：顧客への迅速かつ的確な対応を実現
品質データの管理・経営層への報告：品質関連情報を整理し、経営層と共有
