In this position you will develop and sell sealing solutions and products from a wide range of technical products including hydraulics, pneumatics seals, and bearings.     -Manage and and oversee global clients while identifying and generating new potential clients.
    -Promote and sell products developed by the managing company to clients.
    -Assist Project Managers in monitoring and delivering projects on time relevant to your sales objectives.
    -Chase new sales leads and create strategies for new customer growth and satisfaction.
    -Develop customer relationships and provide recommendations and sale proposals based on their needs.
    -Negotiate prices and delivery times and win sales orders.
    -Research and identify new potential areas for growth in the market.
    -Provide market feedback to the marketing and other departments to enhance public image of the company.
    -Learn and utilize internal processes such as CRM, ERP, and QMS.
    -Ensure full compliance with standards and operating procedures.
  • 応募資格(必須)
    -Native level Japanese & business level English.
    -Received a 4 year degree (in engineering or business).
    -1 year of experience or more in an engineering or sales related role.
    -Able to read technical drawings related to machinery.
  • 応募資格(優遇)
    -Familiarity with aerospace components or market.
    -Familiarity with rubber or plastic components.
    -Experience using business operation software (CRM, SAP, Oracle JDE, Etc.)

The role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery and apply your English skills in reading technical documentation and communicating with global teams, including participation in training programs overseas.
