A global leader in automotive passive safety systems, specializing in products such as airbags and occupant safety. The company focuses exclusively on passive safety technologies, supplying major automotive manufacturers worldwide.
It operates R&D and manufacturing sites across multiple continents and plays a critical role in vehicle occupant protection.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient management of the end-to-end supply chain process—from order receipt to delivery, inventory control, and logistics optimization—for a leading automotive parts operation. The key mission is to achieve a 100% delivery rate to customers while reducing freight costs and controlling inventory levels strategically. The successful candidate will act as the operational hub between customers, overseas factories, and logistics partners, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all logistics functions. You will be working in a team of 3 people, reporting to a Team Leader.

- Manage the full logistics process including customer order receipt, purchase order issuance to overseas plants, transport arrangements, inventory control, and delivery monitoring using ERP/EDI and other IT tools.
Lead initiatives to reduce inventory and freight costs based on KPIs while preventing delivery delays.
Attend meetings with overseas factories and customers; domestic and international travel may be required.
Evaluate and manage logistics partners including freight and warehouse vendors; conduct annual audits and physical stock checks.
Ensure full compliance with export/import regulations and maintain associated documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments on month-end closing, invoice processing, and emergency issue handling.
Drive Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities across logistics functions.
Support internal and external audits including IATF16949 compliance.

- 応募資格(必須)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an automotive parts manufacturer.
At least 2 years in SCM, production control, overseas procurement, logistics, or sales management.
Flexible for night/weekend communication with global stakeholders.
Proficient in ERP/EDI tools, MS Office, and basic English communication (TOEIC 550+ level).
Strong coordination, administrative, and communication skills.

Experience handling customer orders from OEMs and issuing overseas supplier POs.
ERP/EDI and SCM systems knowledge.
Strong Excel, IT proficiency, and higher-level English communication.
Proven Kaizen experience in SCM/logistics operations.
