This role serves as the strategic and operational HR leader for a site or region, responsible for delivering end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and fostering a high-performance, compliant, and engaging work environment. It ensures consistent execution of HR operations while driving continuous improvement and employee experience.

  • 職種要約
    Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage HR inquiries through case systems.
    Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle documentation, ensuring HRIS accuracy.
    Manage payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and claims with full compliance to local laws.
    Support audits and maintain regulatory documentation and permits.
    Drive process optimization, service improvement, and HR best practices.
    Manage vendor relationships and service performance.
    Act as HR liaison for cross-functional site matters including emergencies and M&A integration.
  • 応募資格(必須)
    Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in regional or global environments.
    Proven experience in employee engagement, ER case management, and performance management.
    Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
    Proficiency in HRIS tools, HR analytics, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
    Deep understanding of Japan payroll, employment laws, and statutory requirements.

    Demonstrated success in process automation and service delivery improvement.
    Familiarity with self-service HR platforms and digital documentation systems.
