Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage HR inquiries through case systems.
    Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle documentation, ensuring HRIS accuracy.
    Manage payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and claims with full compliance to local laws.
    Support audits and maintain regulatory documentation and permits.
    Drive process optimization, service improvement, and HR best practices.
    Manage vendor relationships and
    Act as HR liaison for cross-functional site matters including emergencies and M&A integration.
  • Requirements
    Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in regional or global environments.
    Proven experience in employee engagement, ER case management, and performance management.
    Strong communication skills in
    Proficiency in HRIS tools, HR analytics, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word).

  • Preferred
    Experience managing HR operations in a global or multicultural setting.
    Demonstrated success in process automation and service delivery improvement.
    Familiarity with self-service HR platforms and digital documentation systems.
