この役割では、労務管理、人事評価、タレント開発、採用、人事制度企画など、国内外の幅広い人事業務を統括していただきます。働き方改革やグローバルリーダーシップ開発といった戦略的施策から、駐在員サポート、コンプライアンス、研修プログラムなどの実務まで幅広く担当します。海外の人事チームや関係者と定期的に連携するため、高い英語コミュニケーション能力が求められます。また、チームメンバーの指導・育成を行いながら、グローバルに成長する企業の人事改革にも貢献できるポジションです。

In this role you will oversee a broad range of domestic and global HR functions, including labor relations, performance evaluation, talent development, recruitment, and HR systems planning. You will manage both strategic initiatives—such as work style reform and global leadership development—and operational areas like expatriate support, compliance, and training programs. This position requires strong English communication skills, as you will engage regularly with overseas HR teams and stakeholders. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and mentor team members while contributing to the transformation of HR practices in a globally expanding company.

エンジニア組織のグローバル展開を加速するため、外国籍エンジニアの採用を中心とした海外拠点立ち上げのポジションです。
このポジションでは、海外における新規開発拠点にて、採用体制をゼロから構築・運用し、現地エンジニアの採用を成功に導くことが、事業成長に直結する最重要ミッションとなります。
現地のエージェントやエンジニアとの信頼関係を築きながら、「この組織で働きたい」と思ってもらえるような採用体験を、自らの手で現地にて創り出せることが最大の魅力です。
