As an HR business partner, you will drive HR strategy, organizational development, and human resource development from a position closest to division management and employees.
In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks as a strategic HR partner supporting business, organizational, and talent development for organizations with approximately 1,500 employees.

The Yokohama headquarters houses many sales, development, and indirect departments, while the Tochigi plant manufactures brake products such as ABS/ESP and iB2. Especially for motorcycle ABS, there is frequent collaboration with overseas bases as a Lead Manufacturing Function, enabling us to drive operations in a global environment.
