Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    You will be engaged in the following 1) to 3) depending on your wish and experience.
    ① Substrate design
    ● Specific duties: Circuit design and prototype evaluation of substrates for power conversion sections.
      Development of next-generation elemental technologies related to circuit boards.


    Specific duties: Design and prototype evaluation of each component of the electric circuit of the power conversion section.
      Development of next-generation elemental technologies for electric circuits.

    (3) Mounting design:
    ●Specific tasks: Mounting design and prototype evaluation of circuit boards and electric circuits. Mounting study in consideration of cooling structure, strength durability,
    environmental durability, electrical insulation, electrical layout, assembly, and construction method.
  • Requirements
    Experience in any of the following:

    ① Board design: circuit and pattern design and evaluation of boards. Circuit simulation.
    (2) Main circuit design: Design and evaluation of electric circuits for power conversion. Circuit simulation. Thermal analysis. Thermal analysis. Loss analysis.
    (3) Mounting design: Mounting design and evaluation of power converters. Strength analysis, heat generation analysis, fluid analysis.
