The company is expanding not only domestically but also globally, currently operating overseas in seven countries including the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, providing an environment where you can be involved in large-scale challenges. You will be responsible for digital marketing across all services in multiple business areas, including parking and car sharing. Each business has grown independently, but in recent years we have focused on integrating services (making them seamless). In order to be involved across departments, you will aim to plan and execute customer communication measures across multiple services, not limited to specific services.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
     We will not expect you to perform all of the following tasks immediately after you join the company, but we plan to entrust them to you based on your experience.
    Promote user growth with a focus on apps

    1) Negotiation with advertising agencies (listing, display, app DL)
    2) LINE account management (prospective customer member acquisition, member acquisition growth)
    3) Member communication design and planning for user growth

    →Growth of users after inflow of advertisement through multiple channels such as apps, emails, websites, SNS, etc. via MA tool (braze).

    ・Segmentation of target users
    ・Selection of delivery channels (communication design in line with user behavior)
    ・Planning, creation and delivery of communication plans
    ・Delivery of app pushes
    ・Production and delivery of LINE messages
    ・Marketing automation tools, customer nurturing and anti-churn measures

  • Requirements
    Those who have planned and implemented measures to acquire new users and improve organic inflow (improvement of ASO, etc.) for apps (2+ years)
    ・Who have planned and operated web marketing measures related to the growth of services at a business company or agency (2+ years)
    ・Experience in planning and operating measures in the web marketing area by themselves and implementing PDCA while involving others ・Experience in performing simple analysis using Goolge analytics Experience in planning and executing PDCA cycles by themselves and involving others in the process.
    ・Ability to perform simple analysis using Goolge analytics.
  • Preferred
    Experience in analysis using app measurement tools (Adjust, etc.) and planning new acquisition measures
    ・Experience operating official SNS (LINE/Instagram/X) accounts
    ・Aware of Google TagManager basics
    ・Experience operating web advertising
    ・Planning and operating specific CRM measures ( Experience in planning and operating CRM measures (email/applications/SNS, etc.) and other marketing initiatives
