Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    You will be engaged in the development of electrochemical cells to be used in environment-related products, which will be the mainstay of our business expansion and realization of a carbon-neutral society.

    You will be involved in one or more of the following activities related to next-generation batteries such as solid-state batteries.
    Battery development/material development/process development
    - Material evaluation/analysis technology development
    - Verification of developed products and start-up of mass production
    - Internal and external collaboration and management related to the above items
  • Requirements
    The candidate should have basic knowledge of batteries and experience in battery/material/process development and mass production start-up.
    The candidate should have basic knowledge of inorganic materials, ceramics, and battery development.
    The candidate should have a strong desire to develop world-first products.
    The candidate should have problem-solving skills to identify potential needs in the world and develop them into development requirements. The candidate should be able to take responsibility for realizing those requirements and promoting their commercialization.
