Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    You will be engaged in the development of electrochemical cells used in products in the environment-related field, which will be the main pillar of Denso's business expansion to realize a carbon-neutral society and expand its business. You will be involved in any or more of the following related to next-generation batteries such as solid-state batteries.

    ・Battery development/material development/process development/material evaluation

    /analysis technology development

    /demonstration and verification of developed products and mass production start-up

    ・Internal and external collaboration and management related to the above items
  • Requirements
    ・Basic knowledge of batteries, and experience in battery, materials, and process development, and mass production start-up (3 years or more)

    ・Knowledge of inorganic materials, ceramics, or battery development, especially inorganic materials, ceramics, and battery development

    ・Strong

    desire to develop world-first products ・From the underlying needs of the world, Ability

    to set issues that incorporate development requirements ・Ability to embody those requirements and promote commercialization responsibly

  • Preferred
    ・Experience in material development related to battery materials and electronic components (material synthesis, material processing, modeling technology, analysis and analysis technology)

    ・Practical experience in new materials, products, systems, and business launches
