Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -You will be responsible for coordinating between team members across subsystems to manage development schedules and assignments.
    -You will track your progress, detail development procedures, and use your experience to make judgement for optimization and resource utilization of the satellite.     -You will review team documentation and suggest improvements to the development of the satellite.
    -Mentor and facilitate the growth of team members.
  • Requirements
    -More than 4 years of exemplary mechanical design experience overseeing the entire scope of the product development process.
    -Experience overseeing the development of junior engineers or students during the development process of a product.
    -Strong experience in engineering software tools such as 3D CAD.
    -Fluent Japanese ability.
  • Preferred
    -Experience in the aerospace field.
    -Experience with mechanical assembly processes.
    -Strong English ability.
