You will be responsible for product design and evaluation of brake components for 4-wheel and 2-wheel vehicles for the aftermarket. You will also interact with sales and manufacturing plants when promoting projects.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
Design and evaluation of 4-wheel and 2-wheel brake components for the aftermarket and product configuration.
Design and evaluation of 4-wheel and 2-wheel brake components for the aftermarket, as well as product configuration.
・Preparation of reports on design studies and evaluation results.
Benchmarking other companies' products and discussing with the marketing department to expand sales of the product in each area.
Confirmation of compatibility with genuine products.
・Exchange with domestic/overseas suppliers.
Drawing creation】
・Preparation of drawings in accordance with company rules.
Development management】
・Development process and schedule management according to the company's internal flow.
Share the progress status with the management section and complete the development as planned.

- Requirements
- ・Two years of design and development experience
・Prepare documents in Microsoft office (WORD/EXCEL/PPT)
・Japanese business level

- Preferred
- ・Experience in design and development in the automotive industry.
-Experience in the aftermarket industry (non-design is also welcome).
-English proficiency (TOEIC score of 500, reading, writing, and using e-mail).
