Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and key activities
    - Manage monthly sales goals, profit control, and implement corrective actions
    - Track and analyze sales statistics/KPIs and develop action plans using CRM system
    - P&L optimization management including revenue, gross profit (GP) and cost tracking
    - Set discount rates and incentive programs for sales consultants
    - Progress and performance reporting to internal stakeholders and management Reporting
    - Implement brand strategy and programs
    - Analyze market share and gather best practices from competitors
    - Manage all sales activities, promotions, events and marketing campaigns
    - Manage vehicle inventory and logistics
    - Recruit and train sales consultants and staff
    - Oversee sales team performance and employee satisfaction
    - Ensure high customer satisfaction and key customer Resolve complaints
    - Build and maintain relationships with VIP customers
    - Increase new customer acquisition and enhance B2B sales activities

  • Requirements
    - Similar management experience in the automotive industry
    - Deep understanding of dealership financial logic and KPIs
    - Experience using CRM and dealership management software
    - Ability to analyze current situation and develop solutions
    - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    - Commitment to higher roles, executive thinking, passion
    - Strong leadership and team building skills
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    - Proven experience in a similar managerial position in the automotive industry
