Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Inventory Management:
    - Ensure high quality used vehicles.
    - Maintain and manage existing inventory.
    - Adjust inventory based on market trends and customer demand.

    Sales Leadership:
    - Lead and motivate the used car sales team to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
    - Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
    - Develop team building activities and provide training to enhance staff skills.

    Customer Satisfaction:
    - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
    - Provide exceptional service to achieve high customer satisfaction.

    Financial Management:
    - Prepare budgets and forecasts for the Used Vehicle Division.
    - Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.

    Compliance and Documentation Management:
    - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for used vehicle sales.
    - Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions and customer information.

    Marketing and Promotion:
    - Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns to promote used cars.
    - Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to explore referral and partnership possibilities.
