- Responsibilities
<Consulting and utilization support for data utilization (collaboration of various data existing in the manufacturing value chain) for solving clients “business issues and business growth
・Planning and implementation of measures to maximize clients” business efficiency and sophistication through support for CADDi utilization (PDCA promotion)
・Development of business frames to realize customer success operations and promotion of knowledge modeling ・Development of CADDi functions with the best in-house engineers in Japan and promotion of knowledge modeling Planning and implementation of measures to maximize client operational efficiency and business sophistication by supporting the use of CADDi (PDCA promotion)
・Development of business frames to realize customer success operations and promotion of knowledge modeling
・Collaboration with leading in-house engineers in Japan to enhance CADDi functions and maximize value provided to clients
・High-level balance between value provided to clients and CADDi business plans Develop and promote account plans

- Requirements
- Some experience in manufacturing (procurement, design, production management, production engineering, sales, etc.)
Customer success experience in SaaS products
BtoB sales experience in SaaS products/IT/manufacturing
Business planning, sales, customer success experience in service/human resources industry
Consulting Industry experience
Other business planning and corporate planning experience
