Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Grasp and analyze organizational conditions through organizational surveys and plan and execute measures based on them| Plan and implement
    development measures such as improving
    employee engagement and manager development ・Formulate and implement talent management measures | Consider
    medium- to long-term talent management measures, including succession planning ・Planning and execution
    of training measures for the start of recruitment of new graduates, planning and management of various training programs (participating as a lecturer if possible),
    planning and execution
    of various events and meetings such as company-wide kickoffs and manager MTGs, discussions on Mission, Value, and Principles, and leading measures
  • Requirements
    ・Experience
    in organizational and human resource development as an HR or external expert ・Ability to communicate on an equal footing with management and business unit managers
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in the field of organization and human resource development at a start-up company ・Experience in problem solving and planning
    on highly abstract themes・Experience in organizational management

You will be consistently responsible for planning, designing, and implementing training programs for each level of employees, from new recruits to managers. Specifically, we implement important initiatives that form the foundation of human resource development, such as training for new graduates (approximately 1.5 months or 20 days), from planning to execution.
In addition to speaking as a training instructor, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, from planning effective training programs to creating materials.
You will also participate in the formulation of mid- to long-term human resource development strategies in cooperation with the Human Resources Planning Department.
In order to develop human resources in line with our corporate philosophy and business strategy, you will keep abreast of the latest training methods and industry trends, and evolve our in-house training system.
