Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Planning and planning of company-wide organizational and human resource development measures
Implementation of various surveys, analysis of results, planning and execution of measures
Planning, clarification and company-wide dissemination of various organizational development and human resource development-related policies
Execution of manager and evaluator development measures (in cooperation with evaluation and compensation labor relations T)
Planning and operation of various training programs (instructors are a plus)
Company-wide Planning and execution of events
Planning and execution of personnel retention measures
Planning and execution of measures to build organization and culture
Execution of retirement management

- Requirements
- Experience managing an organization in an IT company (regardless of size)
Ability to communicate on an equal footing with management and managers above a certain level in a business unit
Experience in problem solving and planning on highly abstract topics

- HR experience, preferably in the area of organizational and talent development
No HR experience required, but at least some experience in organizational management and an interest in organizational and talent development
