Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Support for implementing initiatives: In collaboration with HRBP, not only design but also support execution and facilitating
    problem-solving. Organizational Design / Organizational Development: Organizational design and restructuring, role definition, and governance establishment
    ・Talent management: Support for designing and operating
    talent development roadmaps, successor development, and evaluation systems. ・HR Data Analysis: Data collection, visualization, and KPI setting, Evaluation
    of policy effectiveness, leadership development, and education: training design, program operation, and formulation of leadership development plans.
  • Requirements
    ・Practical experience in HR (HRBP, systems, labor, organizational development, etc.) (approximately 5 years
    ) in HR areas with over 1,000 employees ・Experience
    in building consensus and promoting initiatives in collaboration with management, on-site sites, and related departments ・Experience identifying organizational and operational issues and leading from policy planning to execution
