This position is responsible for ensuring the execution of production and delivery schedules to meet customer deadlines. The position will monitor inventory and delivery schedules to maintain on-time delivery (OTD) rates and customer service levels.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Develop production and delivery schedules to meet customer needs
    - Provide timely delivery schedules
    - Respond to customer escalations as needed
    - Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery (OTD) and sales
    - Work with other departments and the 3PL warehouse to achieve sales targets and respond to customer requirements

    Ensure quality, safety, and environmental management system requirements and resources are incorporated into all business processes
  • Requirements
    ・Total of at least 3 years of experience in production management, logistics and commerce related work
    ・Bachelor's degree (preferably in mechanical engineering)
    ・Japanese: fluent, English: daily conversational level or higher preferred
