You will be responsible for managing order management processes for semiconductor equipment maintenance contracts, including pre- and post-contract activities, SAP data entry, contract verification, invoicing, and communication with internal teams and global stakeholders. This role requires Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Order Management Responsibilities
    - Targets: maintenance contracts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
    - Covers contracts from 1 year to Covers contracts from 1 year to multiple years
    - Includes maintenance contracts after the free warranty period

    Pre-Contract Tasks (70%)
    - Check consistency against Finance policies
    - Work with Sales before quoting to confirm contents and obtain internal approval Using the system
    - Data entry into SAP
    - Confirm details of quotations and contracts

    Post-Contract Tasks (30%)
    - Register contract details in SAP
    - Record monthly revenue for maintenance contracts
    - Issue invoices and collect delivery notes
    - Handle modifications to maintenance contracts

    English Usage
    - Request support for system issues (e.g., SAP)
    - Join meetings with the global OM team
    - Participate in projects: Introduction of new SAP functions; SAP function improvements
    - Internal emails are in English
  • Requirements
    - Order management experience, or call center experience that includes order-related tasks
    - Native Japanese, intermediate English
    - Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), communication skills, flexibility Pivot), communication skills, flexibility
