In addition to its own brand of car navigation systems, the company also supplies OEM products to automobile manufacturers for their OEM car navigation systems. from 2020, the company is partnering with a major automobile parts manufacturer to develop an integrated cockpit for the next generation of CASE vehicles.

As we continue our transformation into a solution service company, we will continue to develop our "SaaS business" to solve various issues in the mobility field with solutions that combine "things" and "services". In August 2021, we launched the SaaS Technology Center (STC) to develop SaaS business, and from April 2023, we will create new business by combining various technologies, such as IoT and AI. We have changed the name to Cross Technology Center (CTC) in order to create new businesses by combining various technologies such as IoT and AI, etc. We will build an agile development system by producing the SaaS service and data utilization infrastructure in-house and consolidating human resources related to service development and data science. We are building a strong and fast-paced structure that will enable us to provide high quality and rapid services.
This position will work between the business unit and engineers to promote projects for new projects and existing system modifications planned in our commercial, OEM, and new businesses.
Specifically, during the development review phase, you will participate in user story mapping as an engineer with stakeholders such as product managers and UX designers. During the development phase, you will incorporate the user stories into the product backlog and work with stakeholders such as tech leads to examine and design the system architecture. In addition, you will be responsible for QCD and lead the development team as the project driving role.

  • Requirements
    Experience in web application development (any language)
    - Experience in development and project management of cloud-based services
    - Experience in all development processes from estimation to launch (regardless of project size, agile/waterfall)
  • Preferred
    Experience in SaaS development and project management for BtoB or BtoC
    - Experience in smartphone app development and project management
    - Experience in customer negotiation through work as a sales engineer or consultant
    - Knowledge and experience in PMBOK and Scrum development
    - Experience in organizing development requirements through User Story Mapping
    Knowledge of microservices, clean architecture, domain-driven development, etc.
