A leading European-based manufacturer of high-performance braking systems, MOTO develops, manufactures, and markets braking systems for automobiles and motorcycles. The company has a particularly strong track record in the racing field, supplying products to motorsports teams such as F1 and MotoGP.
In this position, you will work with sales to build client relationships while managing quality aspects as a sales engineer for the new MOTO business.

- Responsibilities
- Customer Relations and Sales Support
Provides technical and quality support to major customers in Japan during all phases of product development and mass production in cooperation with the technical and quality departments at the headquarters. Responds accurately and promptly to customer inquiries, while building relationships of trust to maximize customer satisfaction and commercial results.
Order and Delivery Management and Budget Control
Manages daily order operations and maintains a smooth flow of information while maintaining accuracy of delivery, inventory, and shipping schedules. We identify signs of delays and problems in advance, and work with headquarters and related departments to support stable operations throughout the supply chain. We also continuously monitor KPIs such as sales, profit, and delivery time, and propose improvements.
Price Negotiation and Pricing Management
In price negotiations with customers, this position will set appropriate prices and manage price lists in accordance with the pricing policy of the Italian headquarters. Accurately identify customer needs and work with internal logistics, quality, and engineering departments to achieve optimal proposals.
New Business Support and Local Execution of Global Strategies
You will create new business opportunities through building relationships with customers and contribute to business expansion. You will also be responsible for effectively implementing global strategies in the Japanese market through regular meetings and reporting with the head office and division directors.
